Do you offer training dedicated to companies?

Do you offer mentoring sessions?

No. I stopped individual mentoring in 2023 deu to my focus in training more people.

Will I get an invoice for my purchases?

Yes. Email [email protected] with the data you need in the invoice and in two business days, I will send it to you.

Can I transfer my course ticket to someone else in case I cannot attend?

Yes, you can. Just write me an e-mail at [email protected], and I will proceed with the change.

Do I get any material after the training?

Yes. You will get a PDF plus any additional material used during the session you attended.

I have not received any information about my purchase, what should I do?

Sometimes our e-mails land in your spam box, please check it. In case it’s not there, drop an e-mail to [email protected] and we will help you.

Are the live sessions recorded?

No, unfortunately, they aren’t recorded. We don’t offer recordings of live sessions.

Are your live courses the same as the ones you offer at Udemy?

No, they are different and made to be hands-on. The live courses after you an opportunity to get hands-on and receive direct feedback from David during your session.

How does the lean coffee work after the training session?

The lean coffee session happens a month after you took your training. The goal is to provide you the chance of bringing any topics related to your course and sharpen your knowledge.

Do you accept invoices as a payment method?

How long does it take to process my refund?

In general, refunds take up to ten business days depending on your payment method.
