Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The following rules apply

  • Up to 15 days after the purchase and 15 days before the training: 100 % refund
  • Later than 15 days after the purchase and 15 days before the training: 75 % refund
  • Between 14 and 7 days prior to the training: 50% refund
  • Between 7 and 2 days prior to the training: 25% refund
  • Less than 2 days prior to the training no refund

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, generally between five to ten business days.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
